18aa Terms and Conditions

1.1 Purpose of This Document

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 18aa platform and its users. Registering on, accessing, or using the platform in any way means you fully accept every clause of these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, please refrain from using the platform.

18aa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered consent to the updated Terms.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the 18aa website, mobile applications (Android APK and iOS), and any related services. Separate policies may also exist for different parts of the service and will operate as supplements to these Terms.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 18aa and participate in any betting or casino activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If false information is provided, 18aa reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or within the same household are prohibited.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Users must use their own payment methods.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To prevent fraud and ensure security, 18aa may request identity verification documents at any time. Copies of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Users' personal information is kept strictly secure and is not shared with any third party without authorisation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and OTP completely confidential. 3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 18aa is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, transactions can be made through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank.

• Every deposit must be made from the user's own verified payment account.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.
• After a successful deposit, the balance will be credited to the account automatically.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. A withdrawal request generally takes 5–30 minutes to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to the user's own verified payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirement must be met. All account verification steps must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal can be made.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. A bonus should never be considered guaranteed money.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

18aa runs the following promotional offers from time to time, each with its own terms:

• 18aa Weekly Reload Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• 18aa Friday Special Offer: 75% bonus, up to ৳15,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• Cricket Festival Deposit Bonus: 30% bonus, up to ৳8,000; wagering 12x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• 18aa Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,000; wagering 10x; once a year for verified members.
• Refer a Friend 18aa Bonus: up to ৳2,000; wagering 8x; for each successfully registered and depositing friend.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Any bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to withdraw a balance before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled. Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 18aa reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all associated balances.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The 18aa VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Progression to a higher tier depends on a user's activity and participation on the platform.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated on that week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week. There is no separate wagering requirement on cashback, though 18aa reserves the right to change the terms if needed.

6.1 Unauthorised Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18aa platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Playing through automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion or organised fraud with other users.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.

6.2 Consequences and Remedies

If evidence of prohibited activity is found, 18aa may immediately suspend or permanently close the account. The authority reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance, bonuses, and winnings. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

7.1 Commitment and Support
